A Letter from Terry Gold, CEO
Thank you for visiting our site! Gold Systems was established in 1991 and our premise continues to be that you can be successful if you’re honest, keep commitments, do good work and have fun at the same time.
We’re a software company that started out doing IVR and speech recognition applications and now we’ve expanded into Unified Communications. We’ve developed solutions for the some of the biggest companies in the world and they rely on us to build great applications that their customers and employees depend on every day.
Our work is important but our culture and environment are even more important. If you don’t enjoy coming to work, that affects all of us, including our customers. That’s why we work hard to make our work environment rewarding and fun.
There are no “cube farms” at Gold Systems. We believe people should have their own space and that sometimes you need to close the door and just think. We try to give everyone their own office and they can paint it any color they want. We use Unified Communications too, so don’t think you necessarily have to move to Boulder to be a part of the team.
I think you’ll find that we are a different kind of company and we’re working hard to keep it that way.
