Gold Systems supports all the products and custom applications we develop in a variety of ways. Gold Systems offers Annual Software Maintenance Agreements to cover Gold Systems’ custom software applications and products. These agreements offer the following benefits:

  • Priority support for urgent issues without requiring separate billing authorization.
  • Free patches and “point” releases for Gold Systems products.
  • Additional maintenance fees are not incurred as minor enhancements are added over the term of the agreement.

Gold Systems Application Support

Gold Systems offers two levels of Annual Software Maintenance Agreements to cover Gold Systems’ custom software applications.

  • Standard - This level provides for free maintenance services on weekdays, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (based on the time zone where the issue occurs), excluding Gold Systems’ holidays.
  • Premium - This level provides for free maintenance services at any hour on any day of the week, including holidays (i.e. 24x7x365). Changes or enhancements covered by the block of hours, or issues that do not materially affect the application’s quality of service, may be deferred until regular business hours.

Gold Systems Product Support

Gold Systems software applications include a free 90-day warranty period, valid for free Gold Systems software support during business hours within the first 90 days after the software cuts to service. After-hours and weekend support is available within the 90-day warranty period for a fee.

After the 90-day warranty period, Gold Systems software support is available for a fee. Gold Systems offers discounted rates through the purchase of both Business Hours and After-Hours Support time blocks.
