Gold Systems creates unified communications software solutions. Our most recent software product is Vonetix 7 Voice, a unified communications enabled Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that goes beyond legacy speech recognition IVRs.
Vonetix 7 Voice can be deployed in the contact center or throughout the enterprise. It is the first IVR designed to work with Microsoft Lync, though it can be deployed with or without Lync.
Gold Systems is a Microsoft Gold Unified Communications Partner, and we have been working with the Microsoft Lync, Office Communications Server, Speech Server and Unified Messaging products from the beginning. The Vonetix 7 family of products, including Vonetix 7 Voice, were all designed to work with Microsoft software products, and they were written using Microsoft .NET technologies.
The industry calls our applications CEBP, or Communications Enabled Business Process applications. Gold Systems was founded in 1991 to simply help people communicate, and we are known for creating software that is based on a solid understanding of human factors, project management that delivers what we say we will deliver, and a desire to push ahead into new technology to give our customers the best solutions possible.
